Pickup;
We are happy to announce we have two pickup locations for your convenience. Our Main location is in High River, and our secondary Pickup is in Okotoks. Please select which location you would like upon checkout, and note that Okotoks pickups are only dropped off once a week. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will get an email notification with the address of pickup location. Please note that by selecting pickup, you are opting in to bin system, and we will not be responsible if something goes missing. Please ensure a speedy pickup.

You must notify us within 2 Days of receiving you would like to return.
Your return MUST include your order number and your full name.

any Preorder or Pop Up orders.
Full Refund will be offered if:
the item is returned to High River 7 days from the ready to pickup notification.
post marked/shipped back to High River 7 days from delivery date stated by Canada Post.
if items have been shipped and you want to return you have 7 days from the date of delivery and will have the shipping costs deducted from the original purchase.
Any items returned after the dates above do not qualify for any refund, and can be picked up or shipped back at your expense.
******All returns must be unwashed, unworn, scent free, stain free, make up free, deodorant free. Tags attached in the original location, in the original way.
Once the item has been returned, it will be quarantined for 48 hours, inspected, and then a return will be issued.

If we have shipped your items to you, and you want to return we will deduct the shipping costs off the original purchase.
We recommend shipping it back with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost items.

*****ALL RETURNS must be returned to High River within the time frames stated above, there are no exceptions. Please ensure your name and order number are included in the bag. (we cannot search for who's product it is, and they do sit in a bin for 48 hours before processing)
Defective or Damaged Items
Contact Sweet Peas & Peonies within 2 days of receiving your parcel or picking up.
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping, but let’s face it babes, we are only human! If by some chance we have missed something and you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at thislittlelife.me@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund. If the item has been washed or the tag removed we cannot offer a refund.

DISCLAIMER:
Returns cost us money, and sometimes there are sadly bad apples. If a customer abuses the return policy, or just plain returns just about everything they order, we can place that customer on store credit only no matter when they return it.
